Antigen Rapid Test (ART)

Yes, you may walk into our clinics for a test without making an appointment. However, we would need to serve other clients who may have made appointments before you. For a fuss-free session, do make an appointment before coming down.

Your ART results are valid for 24 hours. If it is for an event, please ensure that the 24-hour validity covers the entire event period. After your test is completed with Doctor Anywhere, you will receive your results via SMS. Your results and their validity period will be reflected in HealthHub too.

If your ART test results are positive, we will conduct a COVID-19 PCR test to confirm the test results. While the COVID-19 PCR results are being processed, you would need to isolate yourself at home.

Should your COVID-19 PCR results be positive, we will contact you to make arrangements for an urgent referral to NCID for subsequent care and management. If your COVID-19 PCR results are negative, we can provide you with a certificate to prove your COVID-19 negative status.

Yes, if your event spans more than 24 hours, you would need to take more than one ART. This is because the ART results are typically only valid for 24 hours.

We would first need to come down to your preferred site to on-site recce and discuss the site set-up. Our size requirements depend on the number of expected event attendees, as we would also need to cater for safe distancing measures between participants.

There would be a lead time of 5 working days for MOH to approve our proposed workflow and layout as well. Do cater for this additional time required for approval, in your event plans.
